A gathering for those who tune

The Tuners Retreat is made for Biofield Tuning practitioners and students — people who are ready to do it together in community, held in an astounding landscape.

An open high desert sky. The Sangre de Cristo mountains at your back. Geothermal waters rising up from the earth. We'll be held in a wild landscape open for transformation — between the mountains, supported by the waters.

Over four days we'll tune together, receive sessions from one another, share meals, share stories, and build the kind of roots that grow stronger long after we've returned home. Expect transformative embodied herbalism, guided business transformation workshops, daily sound healing, daily morning movement, and organic food prepared on-site.

We'll have a Reiki-attuned photographer on-site so you leave with beautiful images that reflect the work you do in the world.

"Building roots in community and resonance together in harmony."

The full experience

Tuning & Peer Sessions

The daily give and receive with your forks. Come attune your skills and receive in-person tuning from your peers daily — being received is its own kind of practice.

Daily Movement & Yoga

Daily morning practices to ground the body, open the field, and begin each day rooted in yourself before the day unfolds.

Daily Sound Healing

Daily integrative sound baths for all to receive — gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments, including our own voices. A full-body wash of resonance.

Hot Springs Soaking

Unlimited access to Joyful Journey's geothermal mineral pools — ancient water rising from the earth, the best kind of integration.

Tea Meditations

A mindful plant tea ceremony honoring the wisdom of the botanical world — a grounding practice of presence, intention, and connection through the gentle medicine of plants.

Evening Sharing Circles

Curated evening sharing circles — optionally held in the waters — where stories, wisdom, and presence weave us into something stronger than we are alone.

Fresh Organic Meals

Every meal is prepared fresh and organic, on-site — nourishing food that honors the work you're doing and keeps you grounded in your body.

Into the wilds of
Colorado

The San Luis Valley is one of those places that gets under your skin. Ringed by the Rocky Mountains, sitting at 7,700 feet, impossibly wide open — it has a quality of stillness that is rare and real. The valley itself is a reset. Add geothermal mineral pools, star-flooded November skies, and crisp high-desert air, and you have a location that does profound work just by being what it is.

Joyful Journey Hot Springs has held retreats, ceremonies, and seekers for decades — a true refuge, worn in by people doing real work on themselves. It will hold this gathering beautifully.

Good things
to know

Do I need to be a Biofield Tuning practitioner to attend?
This retreat is designed specifically for Biofield Tuning practitioners and students — people who are already in the work and ready to deepen it together. We'll be using tuning forks on one another, so some foundational training is part of what makes this container safe and rich for everyone.
When should I arrive and depart?
Arrival is Monday, November 16, anytime after 3pm — with our welcome gathering at 5pm. Departure is Thursday, November 19, by 11am. The closest airports are Colorado Springs (COS, about 2.5 hours) and Denver International (DEN, about 3.5 hours). You'll need a rental car to reach Joyful Journey — we'll share carpool coordination closer to the date for anyone who'd like to share a ride.
What's included in my ticket?
All accommodation, breakfast and dinner daily, three catered lunches, all workshops and ceremonies, unlimited hot springs access throughout the retreat, and complimentary professional photos from our on-site photographer to support your practice.
What are my payment options?
Pay in full by June 1 and save $75 — that's our early bird offer. After that, we offer 2- and 3-part payment plans with a $350 deposit to hold your spot and full payment due by September 16 (60 days before the retreat). A $25 processing fee applies to payment plans. We ask for full payment by September 16 so we can confirm all logistics well ahead of time.
What is the cancellation policy?
We'll share full details at registration. Generally, deposits are transferable to another participant if you need to cancel.
Is there a minimum enrollment?
Yes — we'll confirm the retreat is running once we reach our minimum. You'll hear from us well in advance so you can plan your travel accordingly.
